Here are a few suggestions that might help: check that invite emails aren't in spam/junk folders; try using different email addresses for invites; ensure approving managers and employees are using compatible browsers and devices; clear browser cache and cookies; and double-check that employee accounts in MYOB are active and correctly set up to receive invites. Additionally, try deleting the location and setting it up again to reinvite employees.
