Payroll category - Director's Fee

Hi there,

 

I am trying to finalise EOY STP Report, and found out that our Director's fee were included in the Gross payments instead of Director's fees category. Just wondering what is the quickest way to fix this as we have three Directors and the fees were paid quarterly. It would be nightmare if I need to reverse all transactions recorded last FY.

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    The easiest way to fix this, is by changing the 3 Directors fee reporting category to the correct ATO reporting category (Director's fees). After you've done this go to your STP reports and send an update event. Wait for it to get accepted and finalise.
