Were you running the payroll reports using AccountRight browser version? If yes, we have raised an enhancement request to the relevant team for this to be looked into. We're not able to advise if or when this will be implemented, but we will keep you updated with the newly released features.
However, if you will be using AccountRight desktop version, this will provide you the payroll reports in SURNAME order.
