Problem with linked expense accounts for Superannuation

Question

We have many linked super accounts which pertain to various cost centres.

There was not a problem up to a couple of months ago.

A few linked accounts had there cost centres altered. I started to change them to their correct centres. here is the problem.

One could be changed. However, when I changed the second to a different code, the first code would also be changed to that code.

I am having to do journals every pay to transfer the linked accounts to the correct codes. What is happening here and how can this be permanently correct.

Welcome to the Community Forum. If you have changed the linked account then need a different linked account for a second category, then changing it again will replace the first one you changed.
&nbsp;
If you have multiple linked accounts needed for one payroll category, then you will need to create another payroll category.&nbsp;
