Process leave from multiple prior periods

I have prior leave to process from 2 x prior periods (1 day each period) but cannot see how to do this within the pay I am about to process. I can only select one date range. Is this correct?   I h...

    Hi LeahB1,

     

    Thanks for your post. 

     

    That's correct, you can only enter a pay run for 1 pay period at a time. The workaround you've done when entering the actual dates in the notes would generally be the process for users in these instances. 

     

    Alternatively, you could enter 2 separate pay runs with the appropriate dates for each.
