QLeave reimbursement recording -Portable LSL/ Portable long service leave

Question

Hi all,&nbsp;We have received two reimbursements from QLeave for two ceased employees (we paid out all used LSL to employee with their final pay) and I am wondering how shall I record this reimbursement amount from QLeave?Currently we have set up liability account &amp; expense account associated with PLSL , but I don't think it is suitable to use either of them to record this reimbursement. Shall I create an income account for the reimbursement from Qleave?&nbsp;Thanks in advance.&nbsp;

While we don't have a specific guide for Qleave, I think you can still borrow the concept from how Paid parental leave is set up to be reimbursed. If QLeave should be exempt from super calculation and accruing entitlements, the guide for exempting parental leave can be used as well.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
If you are unsure which account to use/set up, we do recommend discussing with your accountant for the best method suiting your business needs.
