Setting Up Pay Super to Add a Self Managed Super

Hi

I need to add a self managed fund and I know I need to set up Pay Super first however I already have Pay Super on another file and their are amounts I have not yet paid. So if I set up Pay Super on the new file can I still send a payment from the old file too?
