Super authorisation code not sending

Hey everyone, 

You’ve had a rough run here with the super still showing as “Processing payment” and the missing SMS codes. For super payments stuck in “Processing payment” status, it can take up to 10 business days to move through the clearing house and the fund. If it still hasn’t updated after that, our Super team can check what’s happening behind the scenes. There are no current incident reports around SMS codes, so it’s worth reaching out with the Super team as well so they can check. You contact them via paysuper@myob.com.

I am still experiencing a problem with receiving an Authorization code, I have tried the work around and that is not working.

Hi there Sppokle,

We've received an update from our team that there's an issue with receiving the authorisation code for Super. I get that toggling the airplane mode on and off didn't work on your end. With that, I'd suggest to restart your device as well. In addition, make sure that there are no outages with your mobile provider that may affect receiving the authorisation code for Super.

 I resolved it by jumping onto Live Chat by going to www.myob.com.au click on the phone icon from the top right corner, which brings the 'Contact us' page. Click on Live chat on the right and the chat window will appear at the bottom right corner. Avoiding the dreaded phone call on "hold" situation....

UPDATE: Never mind, have just received 8 sms codes all at one, hours later.

Been trying all morning to authorise Super Payments and not receiving an SMS. Authorised a payment last week and the SMS was received immediately. It's been over an hour of waiting now and have re-tried several times.

No problem receiving SMS's from others right. This has been checked.

Not receiving super authorisation SMS this morning. Also last week's payment is still 'processing payment' although the money has been deducted from my bank. Submitted support ticket. Apparently I don't have any support ticket history. Bit of a black hole, eh?

I am having this issue also, no SMS yesterday or today.  I have turned phone off and back on, toggled airplane mode, nothing.

Same issue this morning...waiting waiting waiting for SMS code...no joy.  Extremely frustrating...first time using MYOB Pay super...extremely unimpressed.

Update....closed out of desktop & logged into Browser.  Actioned through Browser...but selected resend immediately...worked.

Note...there was no issue with my mobile phone or service as I had received usual daily SMS to log into MYOB about 30 minutes before.
