Super authorisation code not sending

Hi all, 

 

Is anyone else having issues with superannuation authorisation codes coming through on Account Right today? 

 

Trying to process staff super payments for december but no code has been sent. Have been waiting over 20 mins and they usually send the SMS instantly.

    I am still experiencing a problem with receiving an Authorization code, I have tried the work around and that is not working.

    Hi there Sppokle,

     

    We've received an update from our team that there's an issue with receiving the authorisation code for Super. I get that toggling the airplane mode on and off didn't work on your end. With that, I'd suggest to restart your device as well. In addition, make sure that there are no outages with your mobile provider that may affect receiving the authorisation code for Super.

    Hi, 

     I resolved it by jumping onto Live Chat by going to www.myob.com.au click on the phone icon from the top right corner, which brings the 'Contact us' page. Click on Live chat on the right and the chat window will appear at the bottom right corner. Avoiding the dreaded phone call on "hold" situation....

    UPDATE: Never mind, have just received 8 sms codes all at one, hours later.

    Been trying all morning to authorise Super Payments and not receiving an SMS. Authorised a payment last week and the SMS was received immediately. It's been over an hour of waiting now and have re-tried several times.

     

    No problem receiving SMS's from others right. This has been checked.
