Superannuation Guarantee
I have processed a pay run this morning and Superannuaton Guarantee did not calculate. MYOB update has increased the payroll item to 10.5%

Thanks for your post. Some general things to check when super is not calculating correctly are:
- has a payroll category been excluded from super calculations in error
- have adjustments been processed mid-month
- if you run the Payroll register report, add up the OTE(ordinary time earning)s for the month and multiply by 10.5% does this equal the superannuation guarantee amount in that report
