Third party software integration - Fingertec

We are researching the possibility of integrating our Fingertec Time recording software with MYOB AccountRIght .
We were wondering of the MYOB Community could provide any insights into the following please?
- any known issues/limitations experienced with this type of Third Party Integration?
- what "development changes" can be required for this integration? for example: what would Fingertec mean by possible "change in the Payroll Software Database Structure" as a development change?
- what information is required from MYOB to enable this integration to go ahead?
- are there any issues/limitations in logins to the integration? for example user access level, number of staff?
- does the subscription price/month charged by MYOB change at all with this integration in place?
- depending on the type of integration with Fingertec (ie offline versus cloud setup for the integration) - does this impact on whether then the company file must be accessed only within the web browser or will that only be an issue whilst preparing pays and then balance of work in MYOB may be done using desktop version accessing online company file?
- does MYOB provide any support for third party integrations?
