timesheets not visible on an employees app
One of our employees cannot see her timesheets via her app, however I can see them to be able to process. Can you please advise what needs to change in the app? Thank you

Thanks for your post. It seems like some troubleshooting is needed. Could you please try deleting the location and re-entering it again in the Locations tab? This has resolved the issue for some users in the past.
Additionally, kindly delete the existing timesheet and then re-enter it before trying to submit it again. This step might help in resolving the problem. I would also recommend visiting these help article for more information : Getting started with MYOB Team
