Hi thompsonbros,
For unused annual leave, whether super needs to be paid on it really depends on your specific situation, so it's best to check in with your accountant to confirm what applies to you. If it turns out you do need to pay super on it, MYOB can handle the calculation automatically. Just make sure that the unused leave pay item isn't marked as exempt from super. That way it'll be included correctly when you process the pay.
