Education trial cannot add business (URGENT)

Hi, I am using the education trial for MYOB for an assessment and cannot add any businesses. I have created an account and pressed the Access your software now.

Thanks Genreve.

To everyone having issues I have written a fairly detailed email to this address explaining all the different steps I have taken, different browsers, PC, Mac, different email addresses etc And also referred them to this thread. Multiple live chats.

 

I will post back here if I get a response.

    This was the auto reply. 3 days is a long wait for those trying to get assignments done as part of their courses.

    I just sent them a detailed email as well with everything I have tried. They me 3-5 business days when I spent an hour on the phone with them today :( Fingers crossed it's less than that.
