account list

Hi I need help with creating new account list layout It's strange when I create new account it appear to be like a sub account of the other. see photo, I did not click on header account, just use d...

    Hi KellyL1 

     

    I cannot see your image as I guess you may not have uploaded it as a public file.

     

    However, at a guess I would suggest that you need to hightlight the account in your list and then click the [ Up ] button in the left hand bottom corner.

     

    This will remove the account from it's current group.

     

    Please let me know if that is not the problem.
