Activity Statement page wont load

I am trying to lodge my BAS and when I log in its getting stuck on the page where it lists all your activity statements. No error message just stuck on the loading circle spinning. Really need it sor...

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Can you please open the AccountRight file in the browser ( by clicking on Open in web browser version on the top-right in the file) and then go to Banking>>Prepare IAS/BAS, this has happened to work for many users.

     

    If you're unable to lodge using the browser version as well, please try switching the browsers and let us know if the same issue persists.

    Thanku! This worked straight away! I am awaiting a call from MYOB this morning so will advise this worked! Thanks so much
