Balance Sheet Anomalies

Client has AccountRight Live Browser plus Desktop. Browser has completely wrong Trade Creditor Balance: Trade Creditor figure has not changed in a year! yet produces accurate Aged Creditor Reports. In addition, Directors Dividend Accounts (Equity) have accurate balances on the balance sheet report BUT when a transaction report for the directors is produced, the running balances are WAY out-like $200,000! Yet- desktop version produces correct balances and reports. I am losing faith fast in the accuracy of reports I am generating...
