Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response. Are you still having this issue? If so, you can try to retrieve the saved .bak file by following these steps.
1. Once your company file is open, go to the "File" menu again.2. Select "Restore."
3. In the Restore window, browse to the location where you have saved the .bak file for your July-Sept 22 BAS.
4. Select the .bak file and click "Open."
5. AccountRight will prompt you to confirm the restoration. Confirm and proceed
