card lists

has anyone else found that inactive card list has been deleted from your system since the new update.

I have a few customers who I don't use very often and now they are missing from my system.

Any help would be appreciated

    Hi jodieL2,

     

    MYOB doesn't automatically delete inactive cards, even after updates. It keeps historical data, including inactive customers, for reporting and auditing purposes. If you’re missing inactive cards, they might just be hidden or listed at the bottom. Check the "show inactive cards" box to find them. If you’ve got a backup, restoring it might help you track them down.
