Exporting card list to excel

I have copied my card list to the clipboard and pasted into excel. What I have noticed with many customers is that part their address falls under the name field which then moves all the fields hence I get contacts listed under emails and so on. Can anybody advise what I am doing wrong or is this an indication of a bigger problem?

    Hi bazzamed 

     

    The Copy List to Clipboard option within the Card Lists will take a copy of the raw data that is displayed on screen. The format of that list is a tab-delimited format. So if you have added tabs within the raw data this could impact how that information is exported into Excel or another software. Should this be occurring it may be a case of clicking into the field in AccountRight and re-typing that information without any extra characters like tabs before attempting that copy again.
