Does MYOB Business take into account Charity status automatically when calculating GST owed?

Welcome to the Community Forum.
You've raised an interesting point. Currently, the application doesn't have the capability to automatically identify which transactions are charity related. As it stands, we need to manually specify this in the application. However, if all your transactions in the file are charity-related, you can set the file to have no GST by default.
Your suggestion is valuable and could be a great feature for future upgrades. I recommend posting this in the Ideas Exchange on our forum so it can be considered for future enhancements.
