I'm sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. Amounts will appear on the Payroll activity report according to the payroll category type. This means that deduction payroll categories will appear in the Deduction column and tax payroll categories will appear in the Taxes column.
For the BAS, can you click on Update from ledger and check if the ETP is now included.
