Historical balancing

Hi,

 

A Historical Balance account has appeared causing the balance sheet to not balance (even for previous financial years).

 

I also tried other methods mentioned on the forum but with no success. E.g. Refreshing the balance:

 

  1. Go to Setup>>Balances>>Account Opening Balances
  2. Find an account in the list that has a zero balance
  3. Enter a $1 balance for that particular account before selecting OK
  4. Go back into the Account Opening Balance and remove that $1 from that particular account.

Please could someone advise the next step, as we need to finalise accounts for FYE 2023 ASAP.
