January Activity statement missing
When we go into lodge our January IAS online, it shows Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec then Feb - January is missing. How can this be rectified, or do we have to go in a & lodge manually through our portal? ...

Thank you for your post. When using the activity statements online, The details are retrieved from the ATO, and the forms to complete will appear on that page.
If the statement is showing an unexpected reporting period that is not brought by a setting in the software, as it is populated from the ATO directly. You will need to contact the ATO for clarification on how to proceed.
