Lodgement failed on Taxable Payments Annual Report Error Codes

I have lodged 2 nil reports and the ATO has given error codes VR73 AND VR56 it says to fix in MYOB.

Reason Code:  VR73                      Total errors:    1

Please contact your software developer. This record and any subsequent records will be ignored during file validation until we find a valid sequence of records. The Identifier must be in this sequence: IDENTREGISTER1, IDENTREGISTER2, IDENTREGISTER3, IDENTITY, SOFTWARE, DPAIVS, or FILE-TOTAL.

 

Can anyone help with this

    Hi BrisAngel 

     

    You cannot lodge Nil reports in TPAR. The ATO used to allow users to lodge a Nil advice here, however it must now be done via your Online Services for Business Account (formerly Business Portal).
