Prepare BAS/IAS not working - Access to the path is denied

When trying to prepare BAS an error message of "Access to the path is denied." How do I get into this to prepare BAS.

I am using Accountright 2024.3.0

I prepare in MYOB then lodge manually.

I am yet to close the 2023 Financial year.

After reading an old help query, I have had a quick look at the online version. The figures are a bit different. The main propblem with this is it is calculating PAYG on a quarterly basis and we pay PAYG montly. I would really prefer to use the desktop version.
