Trial Balance out of Balance since Jan 2019

Please assist on how to adjust prior period (2019) out of balance Trial Balance. There is a difference in the reatained earnings in 2019 vs Dec 2018. There is no balance in the historical balancing a...

Hi gigiplus,

 

If your file is in the correct financial year and the trial balance is still out of balance, it might be necessary to have the file repaired. I recommend reaching out to support for further assistance through MyAccount or live chat.
