Trial balance total doesn't match to ending balance on account

Hi, I have a situation where the total of an account on the Trial balance doesn't match to the ending balance of the account.  Has anyone come across this issue? I have checked for forward dated transactions.

    Hi Tanya,

    That’s definitely an unusual one, especially if you’ve already checked for forward-dated transactions.
     

    A couple of things that are worth checking are whether the report date range is correct, whether the account has any zero-balance or purged transactions affecting what appears on the Trial Balance, and whether there have been any edited or deleted transactions impacting the account balance.
