WE ARE GETTING A CERTIFICATE NOTIFICATION AND NOT BEING ABLE TO LOG IN
We are having problems logging in and it is telling us that Certificate information for the site is not available.

Thanks for your post. To resolve this issue, I recommend installing the certificate manually. This problem is not caused by MYOB; rather, it is an issue preventing your computer from downloading and installing the new certificate.
