Financial year setting wrong

I made an error and my financial settings are now 2028 not 2027 tax year. I did chat to a very helpful lady from MYOB who advised there is no going back !
I have since noticed that it effects retained earnings.

Anyone else with the same problem who have managed to fix this issue?

    Hi cartertonstore​ 

    I suggest you get in touch with MYOX Services - they might be able to change the FY back to how you want. Only other option is to restore a backup taken before the change.

     

    MYOB themselves are unlikely to assist with this.
