Hi perkyone, I had a similar issue with a client's imported purchases recently. I found that adding a suffix to the external order number (eg xxxxN) does not affect MYOB's internal sequence. Would that be an option for your webstore invoices?

    Hi Mike,

    Thank you for that tip.  I will see if that can be done.  It would alleviate a daily headache we have been having for over a year now.
