MYOB Lite

Hi  All

I am trying to use the trial MYOB lite program & have not received an email from MYOB with my serial number on it hence can not use.  Also when I can use it how do I create/setup a company file as can not see which tab this is under.

 

Do I actually have to purchase the program before I can do anything

    Hi Gail01031967,

     

    You’ve already done the right thing by signing up for a MYOB Business Lite trial. A serial number should be created and emailed out. Since you haven't received it, the next step is to contact our support team so they can check your trial behind the scenes, get the serial set up correctly and confirm your access. Once that’s sorted and you sign in, you’ll see a simple setup flow for your business. You also don't need to purchase the product since you've already signed up for MYOB Business Lite trial.

    HI Doreen

    Thankyou for that but I can not get through to support as the automatic message is loaded with calls.  Can you tell me wherein business lite is where to setup a new company file

    Hi Gail01031967,

     

    Waiting for your cue would be pretty tedious, and I don’t want you to go through that. Were you able to start and set up your company file yet? If not, no worries at all, I’d be happy to help.

     

    When you signed up for a trial on our website, a trial file was automatically created for you. You can turn that into a live file (a paid account) by subscribing so you can keep using it. Once that’s done, that’s when you’ll add your business details, ABN, GST settings, and so on. Here’s the link where you’ll see the tasks waiting for you to finish setting up your company file.

     

    And if you ever need more help (without waiting in the phone queue), you can also chat with our live chat team via our virtual assistant MOCA, or create a support ticket through My Account.
