MYOB system pulls the latest data when generating payroll reports and pay slips, not the data from when the pay was recorded. This means if an hourly rate is updated, the new rate will show on all pay slips, even those printed before the update.
This is confusing as well as potentially putting a company at a risk that an employee may claim they were underpaid at that time.
MYOB really needs to fix this!
