Online Payments: BPay Surcharge

This is an extremely frustrating issue. We are having to resort to turning off online payments for all customers. As like most others they have figuared out if they use bpay there is no surcharge. Our remaining customers who use credit card payments are going to be annoyed. Also more than likely will result in us chasing payments more often as its not as easy to pay via direct deposit, cash or cheque.
Myob need to just be able to seperate bpay and credit card payments so you can have 1 turned on or both to give us the option of not having bpay on our bills.
I'm starting to get the feeling they don't actually have anyone on staff that knows how to do this otherwise they would have done this already considering their paying customers have been complaining about this for years... 🤔
