We've just started using the Sales 'Order' section in our 2017.1 MYOB; it would be extremely helpful to us if we could add in some custom fields i.e comments from the purchasing department which show on the sales order but don't show on the invoice (so customer won't see it).
At the moment the template is very 'set in concrete' with little room for customisation; is this something that could be looked into?
Examples of how it would help us:
Example 1: We create a quote in a seperate CRM system (lets call it quote 505A); it would really help if we could enter this number in a custom field on the order/invoice as a reference.
Example 2: Current order statud & comments from operations department: we would love to have an easy way to see the current status & progress of an order in MYOB; i.e purchasing adds a update at the bottom of the order 'Stock ordered from supplier, ETA into our warehouse is next week 1.7.17'. We would like this comment to stay on the order once it turns into an invoice, however isn't visible on the invoice template we send to the customer (would look very unprofessional!)
