It would be great if when we email from MYOB directly, that if we need to resend something, we can click on the arrow beside what we have emailed and it will forward it again, with the original date ...

You should be able to go to your Email program and the email will be under your sent items. I have to resend occasionally and the emails are always there. We use Outlook for our emails.
