Add a 'date' field to the invoice item section.

Hey Solmates, we're back again! 👋

Our product team has whipped up a survey for all your support work invoicing needs. The team was already exploring this space, and when we saw this idea post getting traction, they bumped it up the list so we could get your input sooner rather than later.

This survey is specifically for our NDIS, Support Work and Healthcare Solmates. From what we’ve heard so far, it’s clear that support work has some pretty unique (and strict!) invoicing requirements, and we want to make sure we understand them properly and get this right.

So if you’re a support or healthcare worker and you’re happy to share how you work, jump into the survey and give us everything you’ve got. We're all ears!

I'm in the same situation. This next month's pay cycle is looking to be my last as I have found an alternative that actually has the features. It cost more but the features are more important to be. I would share the name but I doubt they would allow that

Using the notes section as a work around is not what has been asked for - please give us this feature as requested. 

This makes so much sense - you have even done the work for them. I can not understand why they have not adopted this. I will be cancelling this subscription very soon if it is not addressed. 

When I invoice each line item has fields that need to be included like date, hours, location, discounts etc.

a service date field would be great, I am also service based so being able to add the date to each line would be good instead of typing it in the description.

I have the same issue. Using the full version of myob. So strange adding a date section to invoice isnt already an option, this should be standard...I see this thread is 5 months old and yet no change. 

I am in the same boat and the suggestion by CharlieHaunt​ is perfect. If this change gets passed, many of my allied health colleagues working in contracting would jump onto this product immediately and it would save so much time in our lives.
