Hi since the recent 2025.2.1.9 update I can no longer use my left hand keyboard Tab Key function button when entering a date on either an invoice or a quote. You now have to manually type your date in then move the Mouse cursor to enter in further information. When you have multiple entries this is extremely time consuming!!Can I please have a MYOB representative attend to this please.Thank you.

Same problem in version 2025.2.0 but the tab function is not functional, but only when trying to tab from entering date (in sales invoice) across to description. Seems to be a MYOB glitch as tabbing from all other boxes still working fine.

MYOB can this please be checked, thank you.

I thought my key board was the issues so ordered a new one then realised it was an MYOB issue when the tab worked on other parts , just not the date Please fix it MYOB

I came here to make a post about this, Glad i'm not the only one as i thought I was going crazy!
Please we need a fix for this asap, it is making my time billing invoicing extremely slow!!

Having the same issue. Hoping MYOB find a resolution ASAP as it is very time consuming when adding lots of information into an invoice.

It's starting at the date for me! Can not TAB over to next field, and have tried again this morning. Done your Clear Cache, didnt work!

Over three and a half weeks now! The latest update did not resolve this issue as promised.
How can major companies like banks, health funds, super funds etc deal with hacks in a few hours yet MYOB can't fix a tab key/faulty update for weeks?
When will this be fixed?
