I want to have my invoices show GST included, but there is no "Item Price Display" under my Invoice Settings - only payment settings, invoice template, and invoice emails.

Great catch! We recently updated the language in the app, and it appears that we forgot to update our instructions. Whoops!
I have gone ahead and updated the instructions here on the forum, but 'Item price display' is now 'GST display'. Go ahead and give that a whack, and let me know how you go!
