We love fresh ideas, so I just want to make sure we get the full picture.
You would like to be able to issue a receipt to your customers, without having to issue an invoice first, correct?
I'd also love to know more about what your ideal invoice and receipt flow would look like, so I have a few more questions if that's ok?
- Could you take me through what your current/ideal process is?
- For example, do your customers pay you without you sending a specific request for it (invoice), at which point you would like to issue a receipt?
- What information (Tax codes, terms and conditions, item information etc) would you need on the receipt and how would you prefer to add that information?
