Please make available bulk emailing of invoices. This is a must. I send large amounts of invoices and doing it individually is way to time consuming and would be a deal breaker for using this programe.

This is a major issue along with emailing statements.
To email at POS is very slow and means exiting sale after emailing then finding sales again and going back in then printing a POD for customer signing, all while customer is waiting.
We do approx 100 sales a day and bulk emailing is slower than posting.
This isssue needs adressing urgently as we and no doubt many other users have more and more clients only accepting invoices and statements via email.
We are now at the point of looking at alternative software packages

It would be so more efficient to be able to send invoices in bulk. I need to be able to send out overdue invoices much more quickly than what I am currently doing by having to enter each one and send individually. Thankyou.

Please add bulk emailing of invoices. It is so time consuming the way it is set up and you have this option for statements to do this can't work out why its not an option for invoices as well.
OMG Yes! I can't believe that this function is not already available. I came to Myob Essentials from an old MYOB v18.5 and so far Essentials is NOT impressing me. Why does an older version seem more useable than this updated version. Beyond me.
We need the ability to bulk email invoices? e.g. next to the "Print Button" either to email the initial invoice or resend it. This is a feature in other MYOB programs that would be useful in MYOB Essentials.
So if i read correctly, there is at this time, no way to send bulk invoices emails, we are required to do this one at a time? This is going to be very time consumming. any way this feature can be added to the essentials program??
I also am in favor for having the ability to send invoices in bulk, this would save alot of time, next to the Print button would be a great place.
It takes me 3 hours to send 150 regular monthly invoices on MYOB because they dont have recurring invoices and they dont have bulk email. So I have to duplicate every single invoice every month (type in customer number, click on last invoice, click on duplicate, click on save-thats 4 touches per invoice).
Then to send, because you cannot select all and click email, I have to send every single invoice manually (open invoices owing and not sent, click on invoice, click on email, click on send, click on save-thats 4 touches per invoice again.
So its 8 clicks per invoice to raise and send-THATS 1200 CLICKS PER MONTH!
Other accounting companies offer auto raising of invoices on a designated day each month. All you have to do is open them, select all, click send, and its done. So I am moving to Xero on 30 June to end the torture of using MYOB essentials. Bye Bye MYOB.....
same here, I had to send more than 300 invoices and it took me the whole day :(
