New BAS lodgment AO

Not sure what everyone else thinks of the new BAS's however I have 2 requests -

    - could we add a declaration for the Tax/BAS agent to also sign off - say just under the client declaration

    - when lodged could we have confirmation of this actually printed on the BAS - say top right corner of 1st or 2nd page
