STP Lodgment

Hi Team,

 

We have just linked out MYOB to ATO for STP.

However, FY 2021-2022 pay runs are not loading for us to File for STP. There is also no option to send the file to ATO. Can you help / assists on what we can do. We searched and it said to go to Payroll Command Center but we could not find this option.

    The payroll command centre is the main screen in myob, are you using account right?  Go to the main screen and click on the payroll picture at the top, then you are in your command centre.

     

    Next you should click on the payroll reporting button and check you are linked correctly to the ato.

     

    Next click on payroll reporting centre button and scroll on the payroll year for the year you want.  If you have not submitted your pays via Single Touch Payroll before now, there will not be any to display in here for the previous year.  Each time you submit your pay it will ask you to verify and send to ATO has it been doing that when you process your pays?
