BAS Online Lodgment

Hello!,

Hoping someone can help me please.

I get the following error message when I try to lodge online

"Company File not Found"

    Thank you for the update. If you're using AccountRight 2020.3, can you please send me a private message with your product serial number.

    Thank you for your post. If you're still experiencing this message, can you please try clearing your AccountRight cache, once cleared can the file be located ? If not can you please confirm the following:

    • Which version of AccountRight you're running (this can be found by going to help > About MYOB AccountRight) 
    • Is your file online or offline ?
    • Are you working on a local computer or a server ?

    Please do let me know how you go.

    Hi Melissa

     

    That worked a treat - thank you.

     

    Now I have this message:

    'We’re having some technical problems and can’t open this activity statement right now. Please try again later.'

     

     however, according to the MYOB status page there are no issues.

    Any ideas?
