Please get rid of Electronic Payment pop-up. It comes up every time Electronic Payments pages is opened.
It actually doesn't go away either, if I go to another program like a webpage.
Should only open if you physically click on the ? (question mark). Do not open if you hover over because these things open all the time when you're moving your mouse. Should be on click only.
