Attaching documents to POs and Quotes from Suppliers.

I just went to attach a quote submitted by a supplier to our PO. Shock, horror, catastrophe - the option wasn't available but it is for 'purchases.' How come? Could you make this option available for 'quotes' and 'POs'?
