At the moment there is no option to authorise super payment without text message code authorisation. When I am out of the country I do not have phone contact unless turning on data roaming which comes with a cost component. Other suggestion given to me from MYOB was to do super before I leave but as I do the wages while away to allow for differing staff hours this is not an option. There should be a choice to have email verification in these situations. I am sure I am not the only person who works remotely and would rather not have to use their personal phone in this manner.
Authorising Super with no phone while overseas

I completely agree, I'm overseas for a month and will only have data on my phone, so I will not have SMS access. While I can pre-pay super for some employees on fixed salaries, the casuals and part timers will need to wait until I get back. I do hope MYOB continues developing more flexible multi-authorisation methods.

This is not just an MYOB problem. I have a dual sim phone and when overseas I turn off the Aust sim. When I need 2FA for anything (MYOB, some super funds, banking etc etc) I turn on the Aust sim (roaming always on) and receive the coded needed to proceed. My cheap Optus plan does not charge for text messages received so there is no additional costs. After code received I turn off the Aust sim
