The information that you now backup to the internet is mine. I have experienced internet outage at critical times. My accountant couldn't access the file online. Previously all I had to do was copy the file and physically hand it to the account and my obligations under the ATO tax act are able to be met. Re install the code to allow me to back up MY DATA to my desktop to ensure that when required at critical times I can access it at any time.

Our focus is shifting to investing in our next generation of online products and modern technology that reflects the evolving needs of our customers.
That's not good enough Amanda. That Data is mine and I am entitled to have a copy of that data. MYOB needs to make that option available. Thank you
