It would be good if the Card Details for Employees had a separate section for emergency contact/next of kin details. Currently this goes into the Notes section but the notes section doesn't allow many characters. In the notes section I usually record dates and amounts of employee pay rises - it would be good to have somewhere to record this also for easy reference. Or, simply expand the capacity of the Notes box :)
