There's a very good add-on product which handles Job budgeting and reporting. It's Calxa Premier from www.calxa.com.au in Townsville. Calxa is widely used by non-profit organisations for government grants and programs reporting - which are tracked with job codes. (Kym in Palmerston, near Darwin).
