Not interested in the Auto Invoice reminders nor the Online Payment options (turned off)
Can MYOB add an auto 'Log Entry' to a customer's card when a Statement is emailed or printed similar to when an Invoice issued or Payment is recorded?
This would assist in debt recovery process to prove frequency of statement or reminder statement - we have very few but I would like to monitor the 'odd' client.
